About Chevon (Goat Meat)

Goat meat is a highly nutritious, lean red meat containing lower fat and cholesterol than beef, pork, or lamb. Chevon has many nutritional advantages. It has 47-54% less fat than cattle and sheep, it has a high mineral content, contains healthy fats, and offers a similar level of protein as beef.
